Mikateko joined Madiba & Co in 2024 as a Candidate Attorney and was appointed as an Associate in 2025.
She is responsible for Commercial litigation, Contracts, Competition law, Compliance and Corporate governance. She has acted on behalf of a number of public bodies in defense of claims instituted by various parties purportedly for breach of agreements with such public bodies.
She also acted on behalf of several corporate bodies initiating or defending claims of a commercial nature including utilizing insolvency litigation. Mikateko was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 25 November 2025. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2022.
